After upgrading my navigators, looking at the perfect nine tornados, are they any good?

Only got into darts a few weeks ago, hit a few 180s and wanting a new setup. Love the look of the perfectnine tornado and the target exo 02.

Are they any good or are there any similar darts people would suggest?
