How to watch some sumo matches?

I will be in Osaka and Kyoto from May 4th to 8th and I would like to see some matches (even low level/amateur matches are fine), do you know where I can find tickets? On channels like getyourguide and viator it seems like they have just tourist traps. Any help and informations are more than welcome!
