Lactose free food and glutine free food in supermarket.

Good evening. I'll be in Prague next month for 3 days, I'll stay in an apartment, 200 mt from the centre of the city. I will only eat in the apartment because I'm heavily lactose intollerant and I'm not celiac, but I'm eating without gluten because I suffer from cold sores. Also, not eating fish except tuna and salmon. Are the labels at the supermarket only in czech language? Or also in english? I'm italian, is there barilla pasta gluten free available there? Thanks so much. I'm a bit worried, especially for my lactose intollerance, I have my medication for it (enzymes) but sometimes they dont work.
