Introducing dogs

Hello, I have two dogs a 2 year old pommerianian and a 7 year old yorkie poo. Trying to introduce them to my girlfriends 7 year old boxer, they have met twice. Boxer barks in face of my girls looking either like she wants to play or is frustrated. Curious whats the best way to do this?
