Screen glitching only when watching videos

I'm currently at the breaking point as I swear I have tried everything.

From the moment I got my gaming laptop, Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 GU603ZU, its been going downhill with it. Four repair shops trips later, back to point one. At the beginning it was speakers that apparently were useless with W10, after that it came back with this glitching that wasn't fixed on 2nd visit, after that it got fixed but it started dropping 5 bluescreens in 10 minutes so off to the repair again and now we back with this glitching after it got back since my request for refund was declined and 2 years passed.

I regularly update all the drivers through intel driver assistant and nvidia app.
