Is PTCGL scripted?

Like, ive been testing a lot of decks in the past week and noticed that i was always getting matched againts decks based on what i was playng, while testing dragapult pidgeot and got matched against Garde for 3 games in a row, then i swap to Zacian Iron Valiant to do dailies and get paired into Raging and Archaludon, today i log in again to try Garde and get paired into Tera box and Zoroark, like wtf. I never played against Tera box on ladder till then
