Chance for this upcoming cycle?

Hi everyone, just wanted some feedback on if I’d have a chance this cycle or if I should wait. I’ll be a non trad applicant and graduated undergrad in 2023

My current stats: -Undergrad gpa 3.5, grad gpa 3.9 (one year in a phd/research program but decided to switch I wanted to do med school instead) -2000 hours emt clinical -1000 hours volunteering non clinical -1000 research hours, 2 national poster presentations, 3 publications (2 upcoming, 1 already published) -I haven’t taken the mcat yet, got a diagnostic score of 496 without any studying and studying now, hoping to take end of may -two lors from science professors who also were my PIs for research (still deciding on third lor) -working at a veterinary office currently bc it didn’t require any certs and I needed a form of income 🤷‍♀️

I’m a california resident and first gen too. Please any advice/thoughts/comments/critiques would be really appreciated, I have people encouraging me to try but I wanna know if it’s at all realistic for this cycle
