Most likely this will be used by Sudan to achieve a sort of “No fly zone”. The goal most likely would be to stop UAE supplement flights.

The military relationship between PRC china and Sudan is long standing, stretching back from Al Bashir Era. The fact that the jet is already in Sudanese hands suggest a close relationship between Sudan and China.
