Pain around incision (2 months post op)

April 10th will mark 2 months since my surgery, I had a double open surgery, mesh on both. Stiches out, wound closed, all is ok, here and there I'd feel bruised feelings but today I went out for a walk and since i walked fast I felt sharp 1 second burns around my right hernia incision. No bulge whatsoever, nothing red...and now I keep thinking what could have caused it and remembered I lifted a 6kg/15lb bag yest (which should be allowed 2 months post op) and I also had a really hard stool last night, was fightin for my life in the toilet. Could that have called this pain? I mean I have another appointment with my surgeon on April 18th for a checkup but it just worried me a bit when burns like this happen after 2 months, even tho some people say you can feel occasional pain for months or even a year. When did yours TRULY heal?
