I’d really value your perspective. I’ve been in a new role for just a few weeks, but I realized almost immediately that it isn’t the right fit. I stepped away from law to explore insurance, but I’ve missed the legal field. I’ve accepted an offer to return to law and start in three weeks. I’m excited about the new direction, but would appreciate your advice on how to move on gracefully and maintain good relationships.
