Struggling with dating again

I was once part of a friend group where I experienced some uncomfortable and harmful behavior. A guy in the group, whom I later realized had been involved with one of my friends, was consistently crossing boundaries with me. At first, he bit my arm in a way that felt gross, and I later realized he had saliva on my skin, which made me feel disgusted. Despite this, my friend didn’t react, and I thought maybe I was overreacting.

Later, he continued to make inappropriate comments, including calling me "mi amor" and asking to give me rides, while ignoring my boundaries. I was uncomfortable when he gave me an anklet and insisted on putting it on me in a public space, touching my leg without my consent. My friend was silent through all of this, which made me feel even more isolated. As time went on, I realized my friend and this guy might have been dating, and I became more aware of their disrespect toward me.

Eventually, my friend ghosted me, and I decided to block both of them. I sent a clear message to the guy, telling him never to contact me again, but he hasn’t responded or removed my number, which still bothers me. I still feel anxious when a guy compliments me, and I don't know how to date without worrying that someone will have bad intentions or cross my boundaries.
