Rachel and her mom

If you’ve seen my other posts you’ll know I recently got into the show. I’m on season 3 and Rachel has taken her dad away from her mom. Her dad has been on Lithium for many years given to him by Rachel’s mom. He’s been taking it due to depression after Rachel’s assault when she was a kid. Her mom wanted to cover it up and began “treating” and drugging her daughter and husband so they wouldn’t talk. Rachel has been told that Lithium withdrawals are serious and her dad need’s proper care. Of course Rachel thinks her way of keeping an eye on her dad and helping him herself is best. It’s interesting to see the parallels between mother and daughter. What Rachel’s mom did was wrong. However, Rachel took her dad away from her mom just to hide him away, and “take care” of him just like her mother did for all those years
