Wrong claim

Lawyer submitted Mental health claim for Depression secondary to medications when in fact the claim was suppose to be secondary to my service connected back (40%)

The claim came back denied for obvious reasons

Question: Can i submit a new claim for Depression/Anxiety secondary to my back? Or has this mistake cost me my mental health compensation?
