5w+5 and bleeding

Hey. I‘ve been posting several times already because I‘m extremely anxiety written. Tested positive April 1st Went to my first appointment April 4th, in the morning I started spotting brownish - nothing to see on the ultrasound, urin test line showed up strong and immediately. He also used those thongs on me for the cervix exam and it hurt. Afterwards I noticed increased bleeding and dark red blood but he said not to worry too much because that could be because of the exam. April 5th I was very nauseous with slight cramps but nothing too bad, bloodflow didn‘t increase and I didn‘t pass tissue. Today - April 9th - the bleeding/spotting was as good as gone. Had another doctors appointment - still nothing to see on the US. I changed pad 2 hrs ago and there‘s a little bit of a dark red smear. When I wipe it‘s also dark red but not really alot either.

I don‘t know I‘m trying not to spiral. Is there anyone that maybe ease my mind or advice on coping/relaxing? Please.
