Work up recommendation/differential diagnosis suggestions - stuck

Would love an opinion from nurses, GI, or med students, 27F, family member, LUQ dull ache pain intermittently, acute onset, no pattern, lasts between 30mins to 4 hours then stops for days/aweek. Accompanied by severe nausea, daily nausea in general/loss of appetite, bowel issues, night sweats, flushing episodes. Did have bowel bleed dark red October but sigmoidoscopy clear including biopsies. carcinoid suspected but tests normal, normal catecholamines, ESR between 32-40, CRP 6 to 11 consistently, iron panel showing functional iron defiency/anemia of inflammation, IGA mildly elevated, IGF-1 mildly elevated but GH normal. FBC AND WBC normal except HB and MCV normal but dropping slowly. Would be helpful for some fellow medical friends to give some help/suggestions on imaging/tests or different diagnosis options based on info provided. Thank you - xx
