How do y'all come up with cliffhangers?

Im a new writer, and I've been wondering how to put cliffhangers in the end of my episodes, especially the first three. I would love some tips, recommendations and hints! I'm writing a romance btw! Are there any good romances with good cliffhangers, and hooks to read? Thank you!
