Is Optimum Nutrition whey protein halal?

Hello guys,

Is Optimum Nutrition whey protein halal? I’ve looked in a few sources and it doesn’t explicitly state it is haram, but it isn’t halal-certified either.

I’ve been taking it for a while now without knowing that it might not be halal. How can I know for sure?
