[US] Getting Texts about Timecards and Clocking in/out Weekly from Unknown Numbers

For the past few months, I've been getting texts from various numbers all talking to me about clocking in/clocking out of their jobs. Stuff like "Wasn't able to clock in today" or "Sorry, timecard had an issue". I don't have a job related to handling this stuff. I've been deleting the numbers and not responding, but it happens consistently (and from different numbers). It occurs roughly once every 2-3 weeks and before it was like several times a week. I've just ignored it but if it is real, I would like to just message them and ask them to stop.
