I NEED HELP FOR MY FIRST CAR!!!

Guys so in 9 months I will be able to buy my first car , I live in Serbia so I have some limitations I cant drive a car that is stronger than 80kw/109hp if U guys could give me some recommendations for first cars it would be helpful really , I would like to modify my car + I dont like hatchback I like sedan's/limo's. I wanted to buy Toyota Celica 1996. but my father told me that its pretty old and that it would be at the mechanic more than I will drive it so yeah . I would like to see your recommandations also my budget is around 3000 euro's I would appreciate if you guys would recommend me some rear wheel drive cars but its not necessary also I mostly like German cars then after it Japanese.
