Injection dosage help

Hey, I’m making the switch from gel to injections and acquired some Estradiol Undecylate 100mg/ml

The suppliers website recommends a dose of 0.39mL per 31 days but if I put a dose of 39mg into the calculator over at transfemscience it comes up with peaks of around 700pg/mL and lows of 200pg/mL

Am I putting in the wrong numbers? Am I not seeing something? Is 0.39mL a good dose?
