Is the pro b550m-vc wifi incompatible with the rx 7900 gre?

Some context, I recently upgraded from a 3060 to an rx 7900 gre. The only things I've kept from my old build are my ram and cpu, which were working fine in my previous build. I've gotten a new aio. Everything else is brand new, but the system is underperforming quite severely. God of War (2018) was only getting 90 avg fps and fortnite was only getting around 170 avg fps, both only on 1080p. I've tried everything I could think of, including bringing it to a professional to have it looked at, only for the diagnosis to be incorrect. I had an old 650W psu, and he told me it was most likely the issue so I upgraded to an 850W gold rated psu, still the same issues. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?
