When Doing Simple Chemistry, Is Processing Skill or Chemistry Skill Important?

Hello.

I wonder what influenced Simple Chemistry in the Processing (L) part, as well as Simple Cooking. They do not appear under Processing in My Information (P) > By Profession. Are they not activated no matter what or is there a method?
