tax return extension

hey, I have my marriage based bc interview coming up on the 21st. however I haven’t had time to file my taxes just yet since i’ve been planning my wedding non stop which is next week, I still need to get some paperwork together. is that a red flag? what should I tell the officer? what should I bring? i’m also still paying off the 2023 return since my accountant filed in late in October last year from the extension.

also, i’m the citizen.
