New student having trouble with password reset

I’m coming into the 2025-2026 fall semester of pv as a freshman and i’m trying to create a pv portal account and to do that i have to reset my password. when i enter in the email the school gave and filled in the letters shown, it tells me that i have not registered to reset my password. i don’t know what to do and i need to create an account in order for me to commit. please help! 🫠
