Drugged at a bar last night (I assume)

Visiting Nashville for a work conference and we were downtown last night from about 6PM to just past Midnight. Had a private event at a few bars and bounced between Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson’s bar until about 10:30PM. We then went to Coyote Ugly from there

I was drinking steadily all night with a few mixed drinks early, mostly Nutrls, and one shot at coyote ugly. Enough to be intoxicated but absolutely under control and well aware of what’s going on.

At about midnight it’s like a switch flipped and memory is nearly blank. Left with a group and called an Uber for myself before they left. A local taxi company approached and said they’re making trips to the Gaylord if that’s where I needed to go, from there on I have nearly zero recollection of anything that happened.

I got sick in the taxi on my shirt and see a $460 and $480 charge from the company on my bank account. He did take me to the hotel and I woke up on the floor of my room without a clue of how I got there. I couldn’t walk, was dizzy, and could not figure out where I was. Tried to call a friend but was unable to. Sent three texts of random letters as well. After almost an hour on the floor I was able to go to the lobby shoeless to ask for help.

Ambulance came and I was taken and given an IV at the ER. They did a urine test but said there is nothing wrong from the test. Memory flashes in and out there but at about 5:30 they gave a prescription for Zofran and said I’m free to leave and don’t see anything wrong. Called an uber from there and made it back to the hotel room safely.

Not looking forward to the bill for the night, but I’m incredibly thankful that the taxi I got into seemed legit and actually took me to my hotel where it didn’t end up worse.
