Title go black if cut in the middle

I am new to DVR and have been working on creating custom title to match my set-up from FCPX. Howver, while I managed to create working titles, one issue I am facing is that if I cut a title in timele as we break longer interviews into short forms. the point where I cut the title it goes, along with whole timeline, black after the cut point. I have added timestretcher in the beginning and end but to no help. Can someone advise how to fix it?
