IEM Fit/Eartips

Asking for a bit of help here with fitting. I recently got the SIMGOT EW300, and I absolutely LOVE how these sound. But pretty soon after getting them, I ended up feeling some really bad pain in my ear, mostly caused by this little raised portion of the IEM. It juts out JUST enough to hurt, and it's unbearable for more than ~20 mins. Changing between any of the provided eartips didn't really change anything in that regard. I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this and had any luck with any aftermarket eartips to help alleviate this. These sound awesome and I would really hate to have to send them back!

If I'm SoL, that's fine too, but really hoping I can get these to work for me!
