Disorganized Serial Killer

good afternoon, I thoroughly research and watch documentaries on serial killers and true crime in general. for a class that I am enrolled in, the term paper requires a writing on organized & disorganized serial killers. my mind blanked, and I want to see if anyone can discuss a serial killer, not well known, but well known enough. I have chosen Andrei Chitukilo, as he targeted women and children, known as the Red Ripper in Russia.
