Letit Bianca V3 | Using Custom Water but Should I Remove Filter?

I am creating custom water after making it from distilled water. But since I'm using specific amounts of Magnesium, Sodium etc. Should I remove the water softener filter?

I assume that would impact my water and strip things I added back into the water.
