[Recommendations?] My friend is 36E(UK) with wide+tall roots and is looking for supportive everyday and sleep bras

I have gapping the most towards the top of the cup, in full coverage bras, as I don’t have any tissue there to fill it out. So, I want to move more towards Demi and balconette cups.”
