Missing Residuals

Hey all!

Anyone have any idea how to request re-issued checks for residuals? Just discovered the last couple years I have been getting digital W2s for residual checks that are being sent to an old address... I haven't cashed anything (obviously) so it shouldn't be an issue, I just don't know how to actually connect with the payroll department. This is specifically for Universal City Studios LLC, if that matters.
