I-30 denied and I-485 ( based on I-30). What should i do next ?

My I-30 got denied because I forget to submit my birth certificate ( original one in my native language) and only submitted translated one. I contacted 2 lawyers, one suggested to submit I-29b and see if that gets approve and another suggested to refile the whole thing. We waited 18 months for this case. I am not sure which route to take. I am very much worried. Have you guys experienced such situation? If yes, what did you do? I would appreciate your feedbacks. Thanks.
