College preference Submission: When

Saw that some locals posted that they are already in the process of college preference submission. I also saw on CUHK info guide that it will be sent between April to July.

I wonder when will it be for International students? Clarification from fellow students will be really really appreciated! Thank you in Advance! :))

P.S. I accepted my offer in December
