Legal and or advocacy for special education teachers in NY?

Hello all I’m a teacher working in Yonkers public schools and I am looking for help. I am a self contained teacher for severely autistic students. One of which is very aggressive, has punched my breast, scratched me multiple times, has stepped on numerous classmates feet, punched aides in the face as well as a classmate , thrown desks and furniture causing bodily injury to numerous classmates. He does not have a BIP, the school psychologist says she can’t make one because we cannot identify any antecedent and I suspect the child has some psychiatric illness co existing with the autism. Administration and union is unhelpful and I cannot begin to list all the conversations I’ve had with them. He was denied a 1:1 aide and was deemed to not be suitable for Yonkers public schools but it can take months/ year for his paperwork be sent to other schools and for him to be accepted. I am at my wits end constantly having to fear for mine and my other students safety. Is there someone I can contact in the state about a situation like this? Is there some type of teacher advocacy program? I am not supported at all.
