IEM advice.

I'm looking for a half decent budget pair of IEM. My problem is I have stupidly tiny ear canals. Most of the in-ear head phones I've gotten I can't wear due to either them not fitting or pain, even with the smallest ear tip in most packets. Any suggestions? Needs a cable. Id really like to listen to music without having to wear my huge cans all the time.
