How can one get in-warranty support for Surface Pro Laptops in India?

Planning to get Surface Pro 11 Tablet for accessing Windows on the go, and for my use case haven't found any other alternatives. But, how do they offer in-warranty service? Do they have authorised service centers like HP / Dell / Acer, or do they just replace within warranty? Even then, how prompt are they?
