What's the productivity app you can't live without?
I'll start: Interview Hammer.
About a month ago, I was preparing for a job interview and I was terrified. You know that feeling—sweaty palms, trying to memorize answers, Googling "how to look smart when you don't understand anything."
Then, by chance, I saw this crazy TikTok video of someone trying an AI tool that listens to interview questions live and dictates the answers into your earpiece. It looked like science fiction, but desperation made me curious.
I tried Interview Hammer, and holy cow—it's like having a cheat code for life. During my Zoom call, the tool transcribed the interviewer's questions instantly, then whispered tailored answers into my AirPods. When they asked me, 'Tell me about a time you failed as a leader?' I froze... until the AI generated a polished, STAR-method answer. I repeated it exactly as given. I got the offer the next day.
Is it sketchy? Absolutely. But the surprising part: it works flawlessly. The latency is almost zero, and the answers are scarily coherent (shoutout to whoever trained this thing). Since then, I've "used" it in three interviews got three offers. Now I'm ridiculously happy and riddled with guilt at the same time.
Ethics aside, I feel like this is the future. Who even needs to prepare when AI can convince HR and trick them into thinking you're the perfect candidate?
So, fellow Redditors is anyone else using crazy tools like this? Or am I the only one who turned job interviews into a Black Mirror episode?
