Mild OSA causing important symptoms?

Hi everyone,

I'm 26M, I went to my GP because I have a lot of fatigue/unrefreshing sleep daily that is there even when I sleep a lot.

I have a very good sleep hygiene, I go to the gym 3x a week, I eat fairly well, and nothing seems to really get me going.

I also have daily brain fog, some memory problems, depression, as for my most debilitating symptoms.

So my GP prescribed me an at-home sleep study and these were the results:

Recording duration: 516 minutes.
Sleep quality during the recording night: Sleep disturbed by equipment.
Apnea-hypopnea index: 6/hr
Autonomic hypopnea index: 1/hr
RERA index: 6/hr
Total respiratory event index (IER): 13/hr

Snoring: Absent
IER in the supine position: 14/hr
3% and greater desaturation index: 6/hr
Average saturation: 96%
Minimum saturation: 89%
% of time with saturation of 90% or less: 0%

So it seems like I'm in the very mild OSA... Do you think it could possibly be causing all those symptoms? Is having CPAP still worth it? Anyone was in a similar boat?

Thank you so much, I am very desperate.
