Served food by someone who was sick yesterday

I am ABSOLITELY freaking out. Today I had an allergy challenge at the allergist. I’m allergic to tree nuts but had an allergy test that was negative for pine nuts. So I had to eat a lot of pine nuts in increasing amounts over several hours, a medical assistant brought each serving to me on a paper plate. After my first serving, I heard who I am pretty sure was my medical assistant say “I can handle water today”. Probably meaning that she was actively sick yesterday! Later, I heard someone say “are you feeling better today?” but I am not sure if it was to her or a patient. She brought me all my servings of nuts on a paper plate, I don’t know how they got on the paper plate, I know they had to weigh them. I also used the one bathroom there to wash my hands. I’m so scared she gave me the sb* 😩. She also took my vitals multiple times and handed me the remote to the tv before I knew she might have been sick. The countdown begins now I guess.
