Need help for 80 cats on street of Croatia

There are over 80 of them. Thirty of the most vulnerable live with me - in space I gave up for myself, so they could have shelter. But purring doesn’t pay vet bills. The quality of food I can afford keeps dropping, and when nutrition falls, health follows. At this point, I am financing everything on my own: food, medical care, sterilizations. The local shelter has no funds to help, the municipality refuses to get involved, and my neighbors ridicule me for even trying. I truly have no one to turn to.
