Alt walking on PC

I feel like alt walking still makes to much noise, it seems that controller players have an advantage for this be cuz they can put slight input on they're walking stick.

I'm just curious if anyone knows how to walk slower with alt or any tips, I wish the was a selector in the settings for alt walk that could determine your walk speed
