Just got approved for the Citi DP card today and wanted to leave a data point:

CL: $14,600 (which is right around the average of my other CLs)

APR: 21.99%

HP: Experian 786

Overall Utilization: 27%

Have been getting the "pre-selected to apply" letters for this card for a couple months but didn't use those codes for the app.
