Thoughts on Agar Agar Cookie so far?

I feel like Agar Agar cookie might be the next Cotton/Creme Brulee/basically godsend cookie because this ability seems really good with how flexible it is. Either she's going to be extremely good or extremely niche no in-between and I'm betting on the former because this ability is definitely one of the more interesting and unique ones they've released in a while.
