Best stock in Tokyo - Ginza, Shibuya, or Harajuku?

I'm on the hunt for an Earthphase. I'll be in Tokyo for work next month and figured it is worth checking in to see if I can snag one.

In your experience, are any of the Tokyo locations better than others for what they stock?

Please also share if your experience is that it is completely random based on the last time each one received a restock. Trying to build some data points.
