Chicago surprised me with how friendly it was

I haven’t visited very many big cities for extended stays, only Atlanta, Miami, Nashville, Denver, Chicago, Tampa, Bham,and Nola. People in Denver felt kinda rude, people in Nashville felt kinda cliquey. One city that surprised me with its people was Chicago. My closest group of friends in college were from there. I was only there for a few days but I remeber the people there being friendly and coming up to talk to me. I remember the waitress having engaged conversations with me.
