Last family vacation in this body

We like to take a “big” family vacation every year. We’re in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico right now and I can’t stop thinking about it being my last vacation in this body. I’m currently 275 lbs and my surgery is scheduled for April 25. I anticipate hard days ahead but I’m thrilled about what our next vacation will look like when I’m no longer carrying all this excess weight around (we walked 5 miles yesterday and my legs were dead at the end of the day). Not having to worry about exceeding weight limits on adventures we want to take will be so freeing and will be such an amazing feeling. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time and can’t wait for our next vacation!
