Rollback on dedicated server after update and backups don't fix it

Basically after last night's update my server rolled back to what looks like a week or more. I have daily backups, and recent hours, but this time none of them work...

Anyone more familiar with backup restores on a dedicated linux server that can reply with what's changed? I restored to the normal /server-data/Pal/Saved location, but when I log back in I still get the savepoint from last week. I suspect the devs changed the location/files in some way, but when I compare the paths and files it all still looks the same. Is a manual way to edit/fix the backup so that it will work?
