Are Indians inherently stupid?

I'm not directing any hate towards anybody. Yet every time I see an Indian post on Twitter or Instagram, I see so many Indians with so many stupid comments that it honestly makes me mad. I know dumbness can't be pin pointed to a location but my God, Indians on the internet are on a completely another level.
