Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cruise Terminal Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling cruise terminal. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe handling of cruise ships and their passengers during the 2025 cruise season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead onsite person during each cruise ship call.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operations of the cruise terminal.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Uphold safety and wellness standards in all decision-making processes.
• Engage with the community and stakeholders to build relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Eligibility for Marine Transportation Security Clearance through Transport Canada.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Eligibility to become Marine Facility Security Officer Certified.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
• Availability for variable work hours, including weekdays, weekends, overnights, or holidays.
