Looking for opinions on your experience

I’m currently with Wells Fargo for my checking, savings and credit card. The savings interest is horrendous and I’m looking for opinions on Cap One. Are there any withdrawal limits on the savings account for Cap One? How is the banking experience as a whole? What would I lose from Wells that Cap One does not have besides physical branches everywhere?
